Marriage-Based Green Card Approved in Record Time

We are happy to share that we recently helped clients receive their green card through a U.S. citizen spouse. We filed their application in February 2025, their interview was scheduled for June 2025, and just a few weeks following the interview, our client received their green card.

Adjustment of Status cases through marriage can take many months, with some cases taking nearly 35 months for adjudication, depending on the USCIS office, quality, consistency, and completeness of the application. Our clients’ case moved faster because we relied on our experience and previous success to ensure the application was prepared carefully and all evidence was intentionally submitted.

The process included filing the I-485 application, attending a biometrics appointment, and completing background checks. Before the interview, our team prepared our clients with interview coaching and guidance so they knew what to expect and how to respond confidently ensuring strongest aspects of their case were highlighted. At the interview, we represented our clients and made sure all documents and information were presented clearly and accurately.

A few weeks after the interview, we received the approval notice, and the green card was mailed shortly after. This outcome shows how proper preparation and legal guidance can make a significant difference in the process minimizing time and providing stability.
