Recently, we had the privilege of helping a client obtain a marriage-based green card for his wife. On the surface, that is one application, one approval, one milestone.

But for us, it represented something much bigger.

It was the third time this client had trusted our firm with something deeply important in his life.

We first met him years ago when he came to us for his own naturalization. Becoming a U.S. citizen is a defining moment—one that represents stability, opportunity, and a sense of belonging. We guided him through that process, and he successfully became a U.S. citizen.

Some time later, he came back.

This time, it wasn’t about him.

It was about his mother.

He wanted to bring her to the United States so they could be together as a family. We worked with him to file a family-based petition and guided them through the consular processing process abroad. Step by step, we helped navigate the paperwork, the logistics, and the uncertainty that often comes with waiting.

She was approved and able to join him here.

And then, most recently, he came back again.

This time, to build his future with his wife.

Marriage-based cases require more than just forms—they require telling a story. A real one. We worked closely with the couple to prepare a thorough application, document their relationship, and guide them through the interview process. We prepared them for what to expect, stood with them through the process, and made sure they felt ready.

Shortly after the interview, her green card was approved.
