Elvis Herrera is a Paralegal at Agarwal Law Group. He assists in the preparation of VAWA self-petitions, H-1B applications, T-visas, U-visas, and family-based petitions.  He works closely with clients to prepare affidavits in support of their applications.

Elvis chose immigration law because he finds it rewarding to help others achieve their American dream.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Before joining Agarwal Law Group, Elvis gained experience with several local immigration firms.

Elvis believes in treating every client with respect and empathy. He spent his childhood in Guatemala before returning to the U.S. and is fluent in Spanish and English.  He has also achieved proficiency in French. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family. Elvis takes pride in helping the immigrant community pursue their American dream. He is personally passionate about immigration given his family’s experience in achieving the American dream.
