Kenneth Rodriguez is a Legal Assistant at Agarwal Law Group. He works closely with new and current clients to start their cases and guide them through the immigration process. Kenneth works with humanitarian and business clients to ensure their experience with the firm runs smoothly.  He has experience preparing VAWA, T-visa, U-visa, H-1B, and employment-based green card applications.

Kenneth enjoys his work because it allows him to help people gain legal immigration status in the U.S. The most rewarding part of his job is seeing clients’ cases approved.

He studied Law at San Carlos University in Guatemala City. Before joining Agarwal Law Group, Kenneth worked at the Central Social Security Office in Guatemala, where he drafted legal arguments for active cases and worked with employers to ensure compliance.

Kenneth believes in empathy and respect, always striving to understand clients’ feelings and perspectives to open new paths for communication and understanding. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has begun learning French. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature with his family and traveling with his wife. He takes pride in helping clients achieve legal status in the U.S. through his work with Agarwal Law Group.
